We are surrounded by a vibrant community in Bolton and it gives us an enormous sense of pride to be a part of it and see it thrive.
It is this love of where we are from that gives us immense pride to announce that we are now an Associate Partner with Bolton Wanderers Football Club for this season.
Bolton Wanderers are a huge part of the Bolton community, we could not think of a better way to show how much we love our town than having our brand proudly displayed at The University of Bolton Stadium.

As an independent, owner-managed company, we know just how important it is to give back to your local community.
We not only demonstrate this by staying within our home town, but by working with local businesses and clubs. This not only includes the famous Bolton Wanderers Football Club, but the Bolton Lads and Girls Club (BLGC).
Now more than ever, the health and wellbeing of young people has never been more important, and the services the club offer in our local community is inspiring to say the least, which is why we are proud to work with a club doing so much for the future of Bolton.

This year we have been shortlisted for Employer of The Year at the 2023 Enterprise Vision Awards, we’re so proud of the nomination. The person who nominated us said “Jackie has created an environment where her team flourish and prosper, encouraging diversity, personal growth and community as well as excellent customer service and professionalism. Her team are shining examples of employees who are working for a great employer.”
Staying true to where we are from, and championing it, is one of the key parts of our ethos at Stanmore Insurance. This is why we will continue to champion the hard work of the people and businesses of Bolton, while simultaneously giving back to those throughout the community.
A big part of our community work involves opening doors for our connections, each year we put forward a number of of charitable organisations to receive funds from the Aviva Broker Community Fund. In 2022 we secured funding for The Hollins Conservation Group and Girls Out Loud. In 2023 we helped secure £10,000 for Orange Hub to support victims of domestic violence.
After all, without Bolton and those who live here, we could not have got to where we are today, and for that, we are forever thankful.
