Greatest achievement at work?

Building and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently delivering excellent service and achieving business targets. Being recognised as the highest client retainer in my previous role was a particular proud achievement.

Your favourite part of the job?

I enjoy building client relationships, understanding their needs and finding the right solutions. I particularly enjoy problem solving and helping clients navigate their requirement with confidence.

I like building good relationships with clients and insurers and being able to help find the right solutions for our customers.
