What is your greatest achievement at work?

For me it is creating safe spaces for honest conversations, whether that’s during difficult situations or day to day check-ins. It’s a privilege to be the support that people turn to during their most vulnerable moments.

Which part of your job do you enjoy the most?

I love supporting people at all stages of their careers, whether that involves helping someone grow into a new role, improving processes and conditions, resolving challenges, or simply being a trusted contact. No two days are the same, and that variety keeps my role exciting.

What do you enjoy about working at Stanmore and dot2dot?

The people – there’s a real sense of collaboration and it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about each other and what they do, and that makes it a great environment to work in.
