Greatest achievement at work?

It was one of my customers from a previous role who recommended me to get the job at Stanmore, I was really touched they thought so highly of me. After just over a year, I started to know the clients and they started to know me as well and I now have some really good relationships with my clients.

Your favourite bit of your job?

I love making use of my insurance knowledge to help customers. I also really enjoy getting to know the clients and also my contacts at the insurers.

Why do you enjoying working at a local community broker in Little Lever?

From time to time, we are able to get involved in the local community activities, e.g. Bolton Lads & Girls Club; Christmas hampers for the locals, etc. We know exactly where our contribution goes to.
