Greatest achievement at work?

Working my way up from apprentice to Executive Assistant to the CEO within a luxury fashion business. Being part of the journey as the company grew from a team of just 3 people to over 80 was incredibly rewarding, and it taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and strong relationships.

Which part of the job do you enjoy most?

I most enjoy being at the heart of the business, supporting leadership, helping teams work efficiently, and knowing that the work I do behind the scenes genuinely enables others to succeed.

What stands out for me most is how genuinely the team cares – both about our clients and each other. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond to support one another and deliver the best outcomes.
