What is your greatest achievement at work?

I supported a client through a very complex claim which was causing him financial difficulty. I was able to liaise with the insurers to speed through the process to get indemnity confirmed – so that the client’s franchisor could release funds to him that they previously were not able, alleviating the client’s financial struggles and his stress about the situation.

Which part of the job do you enjoy most?

I am enjoying getting to know the systems and processes, whilst learning and developing new skills.

What do you enjoy about working at Stanmore and dot2dot?

I am really enjoying working with a larger group of people and learning from them all, as my previous role was in a small team. Everyone has been so welcoming.
