Helping customers understand their cover and resolving any queries they may have. I also enjoy securing new business and renewals, which in turn leads to building relationships with customers.

Hobbies outside of work?

I have played Saturday league football and kickboxed for as long as I can remember. I also enjoy going to the gym when possible.

Best achievement?

Being a parent of 3 beautiful young children and watching them grow day by day.

Apart from working for Stanmore/dot2dot what would your dream job be?

If I wasn’t working within insurance then my dream job would be a crime scene investigator.

What do you enjoy about working at a local community broker in Little Lever?

Even though our clients are based all over the UK, I enjoy the fact that most of us are local to the office and have an emotional attachment to the surrounding areas.
